Abstract
The Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air was signed in Warsaw, 12th of October 1929. It applies to all international carriage of persons,luggage or goods performed by aircraft for reward. It applies equally to gratuitous carriage by aircraft performed by an air transport undertaking.
