Abstract
The research presented by the Canadian Parliament gives a general overview through the Canadian Legal Claims over the Arctic Territories and Waters including Arctic Archipelago, Hans Island, the Beaufort Sea etc. It represents Canadian, American and Danish points of view and gives out the legal base for the claims.
