Abstract

Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft, signed in Geneva in 1979, established an international framework to provide fair competitive conditions for trade in civil aircraft, parts and related equipment, eliminated customs duties and other charges of any kind levied on the importation of the products listed in the Annex, if such products are for use in a civil aircraft and incorporation therein.
