Abstract

UNCLOS, The United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea, is an international agreement which defines nations rights and responsibilities in their use of the oceans of the worlds. The agreement establishes common guidelines for management of natural resources in the oceans, for the environment, shipping, businesses and more.
